are looking for a driven professional to identify and acquire high-potential locations for new Malmal stores across key cities.
Key Responsibilities
Scout and evaluate new store locations (high streets & malls).
Conduct market research on footfall, competitor presence, and catchment.
Build strong relationships with brokers, mall leasing teams, and landlords.
Prepare location assessment reports with photos/videos.
Negotiate rentals and commercial terms.
Maintain a pipeline of shortlisted locations and share weekly updates.
Support lease discussions and store handover process.
Requirements
2–5years of experience in retail expansion, real estate scouting, or mall leasing.
Strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
