Associate-Resource Management

As an Experience Management Advanced Associate at EY, you will be part of a high performing team providing exceptional client service and helping employees gain valuable experiences aligned with their career aspirations. Your main responsibilities will include working as the staffing point of contact, capturing staffing demand projections, analyzing demand intake patterns, optimizing employee utilization, and minimizing bench management. Some key responsibilities include: - Capture demand projections and identify actionable demand. - Calculate staffing requirements based on demand projections and productivity targets. - Create staffing schedules to maximize service and minimize cost. - Timely update employee schedules on the schedule management tool (Retain). - Track, monitor, and report on WFM KPIs such as employee utilization and bench aging. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant workforce management experience, excellent analytical skills, good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to excel under tight timelines. Ideally, you should also have experience in resource deployment and scheduling in reputed organizations.
