Associate require for International Inbound /US shift

As an Inbound Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling technical issues for offshore consumers during the US Shift (Night Shift). Your main responsibilities include: - Having 1 or 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO. - Demonstrating the ability to independently close calls. - Utilizing excellent communication skills. - Troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad. - Providing accurate resolution to customer issues. - Flexibility to work in night shifts.
