Job Description

Business Planning & Execution:

Drive WRP and VonB targets across branches of both models
Monitor productivity per BM and ensure activation as per goal sheets

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Support hiring of high-performing BMs for Model 1 and Model 2

Performance Management:

Review KPIs for BMs and FLS teams
Implement corrective actions for underperforming branches

Training & Development:

Ensure BMs and FLS complete mandatory training modules

Quality, Compliance & Governance:

Maintain persistency standards (>90%)
Ensure adherence to lead management protocols in Model 2

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor initiatives and share insights with Zonal Manager

Career progression through successful geographical expansion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

WRP targets
Branch productivity
Activation Rate

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate and above; Age 30+
Minimum 510 years in Life Insurance Sales with multi-branch management experience
Strong leadership and analytical skills
