Arcadis India is seeking a dynamic Real Estate (Market Analysis & Financial Feasibility) Expert to join their interdisciplinary teams that support the Architecture & Urbanism (A+U) Practice. This role is integral to shaping viable and forward-thinking development strategies through comprehensive market studies, valuation, and financial feasibility analyses for urban and infrastructure-led projects. The preferred locations for this role are Gurgaon or Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct real estate market assessments across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. - Perform highest and best use studies and determine appropriate land use mixes. - Develop financial feasibility models and valuation reports to assist in master planning, infrastructure, and real estate projects. - Provide strategic inputs, assist in business case development, and deliver stakeholder presentations to support client engagements. - Analyze socio-economic trends, demographic data, and policy frameworks to guide real estate strategy. - Engage in business development activities and contribute to bids and proposals from a market and financial perspective. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters degree in Real Estate, Urban Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA (Finance) is preferred. - 10-15 years of experience in real estate advisory, valuation, or market consulting. - Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and reporting. - Understanding of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and investment principles. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Prior experience in collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams on urban or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
