Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and C&I Projects.
Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and
Safety Process.
Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
Preparation of Quality observation report in residential Projects and C&I Projects
On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all Technical aspects of Projects.
Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection
Follow-up and updating closure reports.
Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
Regularly inspect equipment.
RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification
Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports
