Associate Quality Assurance

As an Associate Quality Assurance at Sterlite Electric, your role will involve overseeing the entire production activities in the mill to ensure the production of high-quality standard products with high prime yield and meeting customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on optimizing resources, maintaining high safety and quality standards, minimizing downtime through timely planning for pass changes, and ensuring the achievement of Business Objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure that tests are conducted strictly as per standard test methods - Validate the technical accuracy of results - Control all activities of SPTL-LABs - Manage the calibration of test equipment, standards, and reference materials - Oversee the preventive maintenance of test equipment and apparatus - Estimate uncertainty in measurement - Monitor test data and maintain its confidentiality - Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and analysis - Participate in Inter-lab comparison and proficiency testing - Conduct cross checks, quality control checks, and repeatability tests - Initiate corrective actions in case of nonconforming test work or undesirable situations **Qualifications Required:** - Travel as and when required Sterlite Electric is India's leading integrated power transmission developer and solutions provider, dedicated to addressing complex challenges in the energy sector.
