Associate Quality Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through proper documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards before release.
• Contribute to process improvement and testing documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of QA tools, bug tracking systems, and testing techniques.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
