Associate QA Analyst

Role Overview: As an Associate Technical Product Analyst, QA at McDonalds Corporation in Hyderabad, you will be part of the Global People Modernization Sustain Organization, contributing to the transformation of people practices using SAP Success Factors and Service Now Employee Engagement Platform. You will play a crucial role in delivering fixes and enhancements using Agile methodologies to support McDonald's global expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Review, create, and run test cases and scripts for regression suite related to SAP Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform. - Assist the QA Manager in SAP Success Factors release activities. - Utilize Jira, Zephyr, and Test Management Experience for effective QA processes. - Hands-on experience with QA tools, with a preference for Tosca. - Adhere to QA Best Practices & Process Standardization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT QA. - Required experience with Test Automation Tools, with a preference for Tosca. - Experience with Zephyr, Q-Test, or any test management tool is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: - Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.,
