Associate - Provider Network

As an Associate - Provider Network at Visit Health, your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and onboarding healthcare providers to expand our organization's provider network. You will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential providers. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a dedication to relationship building and management. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Responsible for expanding the health & wellness network. - Manage Tie-Ups & Empanelment, Renewals of Hospitals, Clinics, Labs & Diagnostics, Radiology Centers. - Oversee all activities related to the empanelment of provider partners. - Handle provider-contracting and tariff negotiation for the best available rates. - Facilitate end-to-end relationship management between Diagnostic centers, hospitals, clinics, individual doctors, and diagnostic centers. - Regularly update records and maintain network presence. - Establish and maintain an adequate tracking mechanism to quantify cost savings through negotiated tariffs. - Ensure completion of all assigned tasks within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Minimum requirement of being a graduate. - Proficiency in convincing and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be employed on a full-time basis with travel involved.
