Associate - Provider Network

As an Associate - Provider Network at Visit Health, you will play a vital role in expanding the organization's health and wellness network. Your primary responsibility will be to source, attract, and onboard healthcare providers in various locations including Gurgaon, Chennai, Guwahati, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential providers will be key to your success in this role. Your role will involve tie-ups, empanelment, and renewals of hospitals, clinics, labs, diagnostics, and radiology centers. You will be responsible for provider-contracting and tariff negotiation to secure the best available rates. End-to-end relationship management with diagnostic centers, hospitals, clinics, individual doctors, and diagnostic centers will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to update records and maintain network presence regularly. You will need to ensure that there is an adequate tracking mechanism in place to quantify the cost savings achieved through negotiated tariffs. Completing all assigned tasks within the specified turnaround time (TAT) will be crucial to meet organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with strong convincing and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills are a must-have for effective relationship building and management in this role.
