Job Summary:
The Associate Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of website development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Associate Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators.

Communication and Reporting:
- Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Execution and Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Review internal deliverables before sending to clients to ensure quality.

Risk Management:
- Identify and address conflicts promptly.
- Mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanour during conflicts.

Quality Assurance:
- Maintain the quality of all project documents/data to assure the integrity of a project.
- Ensure adherence to standardized format guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Kantata, Figma, JIRA.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
- Understanding of digital marketing and web environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with website development projects.
- Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems (CMS).
