What Youll Do

Create short-form content for
Instagram, LinkedIn
, and
X
Edit and adapt content across platforms, staying true to brand guidelines
Use AI tools to produce realistic, creative video content
Design eye-catching visuals, motion graphics, and basic animations
Help plan and execute content ideas and social campaigns
Track performance and use insights to improve future content

About you

Strong editing skills with
CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Confident using design tools like Illustrator, and
Figma
Skilled at creating content that fits each platform naturally
Skilled at retouching pictures using tools like
Facetune 2, Adobe Photoshop
and
Adobe Lightroom
.
Experience with AI tools like
Runway, D-ID, Google, ElevenLabs, or Veo 3
Solid grasp of brand voice and visual consistency
Knowledge of how to optimise images for the web (formats, file sizes)
An understanding of typography, image manipulation and various illustration techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and engage in constructive feedback
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
