Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor in Hotel Management located in Hoshiarpur. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching university-level courses, developing and updating curriculum, conducting research in relevant fields, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and collaborating with colleagues on various projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in University Teaching and Curriculum Development
• Experience in conducting Research and Organizational Behavior
• Skills in Marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
• Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
