Associate Professor- English

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach English courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including literature, composition, linguistics, and creative writing.

2. Develop and deliver course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and exams.

3. Conduct research in English studies, including literary criticism, theory, and pedagogy.

4. Publish scholarly articles and books in reputable academic journals and presses.

5. Advise and mentor students, including supervising student research projects and theses.

6. Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and community outreach.

7. Stay current with developments in English studies and incorporate relevant topics into teaching and research.

Requirements:

- Ph.D. in English.

- Strong teaching and research background.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
