Associate Professor-Business Management

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Business Management Faculty at PCTE Group of Institutes. Your role will involve providing intellectual leadership, academic teaching at UG/PG levels, academic administration, examinations and evaluation, training, consultancy, extension activities, placements, industry connect, quality assurance, academic research, and any other tasks assigned by higher authorities. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the field and play a crucial role in developing and delivering quality content for the courses. Key Responsibilities: - Provide intellectual leadership in the field of Business Management - Academic teaching at UG/PG levels - Academic administration tasks - Conducting examinations and evaluations - Engaging in training, consultancy, and extension activities - Facilitating placements and industry connections - Ensuring quality assurance in academic activities - Conducting academic research - Undertaking any other tasks assigned by higher authorities Qualifications Required: - First Class MBA/M.Com with subject specialization - Ph.D. or industry experience is preferred - Must meet the norms of UGC/AICTE/PTU Please note that this is a permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, a morning shift schedule, and performance bonuses.
