Job Description

The Associate Product Support Analyst plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance for system users. This individual is responsible for providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements, as well as supporting the day-to-day maintenance of consumer and Member applications. Collaborating with the product team, they contribute to software projects throughout the development lifecycle, including defining user experience specifications and documenting project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand complex business rules and ensure application functionality. - Engage with end users and business units to maintain operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly. - Develop a functional understanding of systems and their development framework. - Monitor application trends and provide recommendations for enhancements. - Conduct research, analysis, and propose improvements to applications. - Expertly evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs. - Manage interpersonal communication effectively. Required Qualifications: - Proven ability to deliver results independently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels. - Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills. - Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and cultures. - Proficiency in web application development technologies such as .NET, SQL, HTML, XML, Java/JavaScript. - Familiarity with information systems concepts and terminologies. - Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and self-motivation. - Experience with Microsoft Office tools. Experience: - 12 years in the Technology/IT industry. - 12 years working with .NET client/server and Internet application/business analysis. Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. - Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities. - Experience with multi-national application implementations. - Proficiency in .NET applications and SQL query writing.
