The Associate Product Support Analyst plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance for system users. This individual is responsible for providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements, as well as supporting the day-to-day maintenance of consumer and Member applications. Collaborating with the product team, they contribute to software projects throughout the development lifecycle, including defining user experience specifications and documenting project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand complex business rules and ensure application functionality. - Engage with end users and business units to maintain operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly. - Develop a functional understanding of systems and their development framework. - Monitor application trends and provide recommendations for enhancements. - Conduct research, analysis, and propose improvements to applications. - Expertly evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs. - Manage interpersonal communication effectively.
