About the Role

The Associate - Premium Services will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the delivery of exceptional premium services to passengers, including VIPs, frequent flyers, and premium class ticket holders, at the hub airport.


Key Accountabilities:


-Assist premium passengers with check-in, lounge access, boarding, and special assistance.

-Ensure professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in meeting passenger needs.

-Guide premium service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

-Coordinate with lounge teams to maintain a welcoming environment and manage guest flow.

-Resolve lounge issues promptly and uphold service standards.

-Build strong relationships with premium passengers, corporate clients, and travel agents.

-Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.


Qualifications


Any Fulltime Graduate


Experience

0-2 years of overall experience preferably from Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Aviation Industry
