Associate Platform Developer II (Salesforce)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development:

  Design and implement

  Salesforce Lightning

  components using

  LWC

  and

  Aura

  frameworks. You will develop and maintain

  Apex

  classes, triggers, and

  Visualforce

  pages as needed to meet business requirements.

• Configuration & Administration:

  Configure roles, profiles, permission sets, and region-wise security settings to ensure appropriate access control. You will also customize standard and custom objects, page layouts, and validation rules.

• Integrations & Deployment:

  Design and implement integrations between

  Salesforce

  and external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  . You will use

  Copado

  to manage source control, deployments, and pipeline automation, ensuring a smooth and traceable release process.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all development work adheres to

  GxP

  and

  Computer System Validation (CSV)

  requirements. You will collaborate with quality and validation teams to develop test scripts and implement functional and system testing in regulated environments.

• Collaboration & Mentorship:

  Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews, contributing to

  Agile/Scrum

  ceremonies. You will work closely with business analysts,

  QA

  , and validation teams to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

  certification is required;

  Platform Developer II

  and

  Administrator

  certifications are a strong plus.
• Proficiency in developing custom solutions using

  Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), Apex

  , and

  Visualforce

  .
• Experience in configuring standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security models.
• Strong experience integrating

  Salesforce

  with internal and external systems using

  REST

  and

  SOAP APIs

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps

  practices,

  CI/CD

  tools, and version control systems like

  Git

  .
• The ability to work in regulated (

  GxP/CSV

  ) environments with strong documentation practices.
