**Role Overview:** As part of the BCN PEG CoE team at Bain Capability Network, you will be responsible for providing specialized support to global teams across the private equity value chain, enabling clients to make key investment decisions. Your role will involve conducting analysis independently, managing 1-3 analysts, generating hypotheses supported by robust business insights, and delivering consistent and impactful results at scale. You will play a crucial role in addressing critical diligence questions through various products and working closely with global Bain teams as a thought partner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take responsibility for your workstream and conduct analysis independently while managing 1-3 analysts - Generate hypotheses supported by robust business insights - Build an in-depth understanding and identify relevant analytical tools for your workstream - Perform thorough quality checks in your work, including pressure-testing the insights - Manage 1-3 analysts in their execution and ensure case timelines are met - Support the supervisor in work-planning and brainstorming on key recommendations/potential impact - Communicate business insights effectively - Lead internal meetings effectively and own junior-mid level client map relationships - Design well-formatted output with a clear and structured storyline to communicate key insights - Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers - Seek appropriate coaching and guidance from supervisors and drive self-learning for your professional development - Motivate team members, boost team morale, and exhibit role model behavior - Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams - Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to fellow team members **Qualifications Required:** - Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and leadership skills - Work experience range: - If highest qualification is undergraduate studies: 2-5 years of experience in a global professional services firm environment, preferably with at least 1 year of exposure to business research and consulting - If highest qualification is postgraduate studies: 0-3 years of experience in a global professional services firm environment, preferably with at least 1 year of exposure to business research and consulting - Preferably experienced in Business research, analyzing company performance, and market trends - Experience in databases such as Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Factiva, and D&B preferred - Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx is an added advantage - Quick learner, willing to delve into details, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
