Associate, Payroll Automation

As a self-motivated and result-oriented individual, your role will involve coordinating with all stakeholders, including all HR teams, for business needs. You will be responsible for managing processes, knowledge documents, and team performance and development. Additionally, interacting closely with vendors and other process partners to identify automation opportunities in current business processes and develop appropriate technology solutions will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you are expected to drive and encourage process improvement opportunities within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual - Co-ordinate with all stakeholders including all HR teams for business needs - Manage process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development - Interact closely with vendors & other process partners to identify automation opportunities in current business processes and develop appropriate technology solutions - Drive & encourage process improvement opportunities Qualifications Required: - Exposure to process improvement tools, people & process management - Experience developing and designing current state and future state process maps - Strong in MS Excel with knowledge of more advanced formulas and Macros - Knowledge of RPA and RDA project delivery - Ability to validate automated workflows, rule engines, and exception handling processes In addition to the required qualifications and skills, preferred qualifications for this role include: - Ability to think critically about a process and determine repetitive and rules-driven components - Ability to work with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders - Detail-oriented with an aptitude to ask questions and drill into the business rules that drive a process - Can think creatively and look for innovative solutions to problems,
