Job Description

The Team:

The Counterparty Manager Operations team is committed to providing a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. We focus on entity management and data control, collaborating closely with clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Our team values efficiency and aims to deliver exceptional service while simplifying complex processes. Counterparty Manager is an essential tool that enables buy-side and sell-side counterparts to streamline client onboarding and automate the sharing of regulatory data with bodies such as ISDA, FATCA, EMIR, and ASIC. It also facilitates FATCA compliance by allowing clients to upload and share various documents, including W-8, W-8BEN-E, and other necessary forms, ensuring smooth contracting processes and enhancing compliance and risk management.


Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Support Client Onboarding:Assist in the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and timely access to our services.
  • Manage Data Accuracy:Help maintain accurate information and compliance by overseeing entity management and data control.
  • Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Engage with Clients:Communicate with clients to understand and address their regulatory and compliance needs, building strong relationships.
  • Network with Industry Leaders:Gain valuable exposure to industry leaders and regulatory policymakers, expanding your professional network.
  • Participate in Training:Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and support your career growth.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in commerce or a related field.
  • Night Shift Role only- 7 PM to 4 AM IST
  • Experience in KYC, client onboarding, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Basic data analysis skills, with a working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration tools is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and task-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to investment banking data operations or client support roles through internships or apprenticeships.
  • Basic understanding of ISDA regulations and compliance management gained during training.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a global team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
