Job Description

The role of an Associate in New Initiatives Client Success based in Bangalore is a pivotal position within the sales organization. As an Associate in Sales Process and Excellence, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and optimization of sales processes and activities. Your primary focus will be on driving sales productivity, streamlining workflows, and improving overall sales performance to meet revenue targets and business objectives effectively. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing existing sales processes to identify areas for enhancement, designing and implementing streamlined sales processes for maximum efficiency, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales activities. You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing automation and technology solutions to improve sales processes. In addition, you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance against targets. Your role will involve providing valuable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis. Collaboration with sales management to identify training needs, develop training programs, create and deliver training materials and workshops, as well as supporting the onboarding of new sales representatives, are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain a sales knowledge base/repository for easy access to sales-related information. Evaluation, selection, and implementation of sales tools and technologies to support the sales process, training team members on the effective utilization of these tools, and serving as the primary point of contact for sales technology-related inquiries and issues will also be part of your role. Staying abreast of emerging sales technologies and making recommendations for adoption will be essential. Facilitating effective collaboration between sales and other departments, promoting communication and information sharing within the sales team, and acting as a liaison between sales and other teams to address cross-functional challenges are integral components of your responsibilities. As a successful candidate for this role, you must possess proven work experience as a Sales training specialist for a minimum of 3 years, strong organizational and team management skills, experience in developing training materials, excellent communication and presentation skills.,
