Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing training and technical support to surgeons and operating room staff on the company's robotic arm applications, equipment, and instruments. Additionally, you will prepare pre-operative CT scans, assist in preoperative implant planning, and maintain inventories of equipment and disposables. You will also be involved in providing reports, conducting demonstrations, training hospital personnel, and handling product-related complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training and support to surgeons and operating room staff on the company's robotic arm applications and associated equipment - Prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist in preoperative implant planning - Maintain and control inventories of equipment, instruments, implants, and disposables - Provide reports to management, direct supervisor, and regulatory department - Support road-show demonstrations and 'Showsite' visits - Train physicians and hospital personnel on the RIO System - Handle product-related complaints and solve problems for customers - Provide case coverage at unassigned accounts as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience, or a combination of experience and education - Proven track record in sales, preferably with a surgical device company (Orthopedic preferred) - Knowledge of the Operating Room environment - Bachelor's Degree in biomedical or a related technical field of study Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing training and technical support to surgeons and operating room staff on the company's robotic arm applications, equipment, and instruments.
