Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with buyers: Act as the main point of contact for buyers, relaying their requirements and providing updates on samples and orders.
Understands requirement: Understand the buyer or customer's requirement thoroughly.
Coordinate with sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage the Time & Action calendar
Source materials: Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials like leather, trims, etc, and work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
Sampling: Make sure the samples are being made correctly.
Sample record: Like pictures and a technical sheet, which includes every detail of the style.
Costing: Must have a strong understanding of product cost structure, including material, labor, overheads, and margins
Sample approvals: Ensure samples are approved by buyers.

About Company: We are a premium laundry service that cleans, colors, repairs, restores, and revives everything leather! We are based out of New Delhi, India, and plan to reach out to all major Indian metro cities. We also have an office in Mumbai. Being a one-of-a-kind niche spa service for premium leather goods, we aim to become India's one and only one-stop shop for all leather care and repair needs! We have extensive tie-ups with luxury brands and pre-owned luxury portals across all cities.
