Job Responsibilities:

You are expected to provide superior services to our customers offering a delightful experience. You

must possess a great passion to excel in whatever you do.

1. Creation and implementation of e-marketing campaigns on various Marketing Automation platforms

(RW, Marketo, Eloqua etc).

2. Work on customer's marketing database (SQL/MySQL)

3. Work on customer’s CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc).

4. Work in tandem with the software development and quality team to get the tasks accomplished,

wherever necessary.

5. Improve internal business customer service processes.

6. Interact with customers to identify and exceed your expectations.

Candidates Profile: If you are a Graduate or a Postgraduate in Computer Science or Information

Technology, the word CRM excites you and you want to join the team working on cutting edge

technologies, this is the place for you. If you possess sound skills in HTML, CSS, SQL and CRM’s, work at a

high level of attention to details and keen on building a career in Marketing Automation, you have

landed yourself at the right place. Knowledge & experience in CRM tools like Marketo, Eloqua,

Salesforce, NetSuite is definitely a plus though not mandatory.

You must possess excellent communication and analytical skills. 1. Excellent communication skills. 2.

Strong on analytics and logic 3. Working knowledge on HTML/SQL, Advanced knowledge of SQL is highly

desirable. 4. Ability to understand and deliver per customer needs 5. Work with great passion to excel 6.
