CBS - C&I - MAT - Solution Activation :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

• Requisition-to-Onboarding
• Download reqs from client SC portals (Ariba, Fieldglass, )
• Share reqs with competency teams and source CVs
• Upload CVs onto client SC portal in line with response-time SLAs
• Schedule client interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Initiate BGV and other onboarding formalities for selected candidates Order-to-Cash
• T&M resources accrual reconciliation with client FinOps team
• Billing and invoicing
• Accounts Receivables and Collection Operational Reporting
• Inventory reporting (demand-to-select funnel reporting)
• Resource deployment reporting by SSL/Competency
• Service delivery metrics reporting (TAT, SLAs, etc)

Skills and attributes

• Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

• Data Analysis (2+ years)
• Business Analysis (3+ years)
