As an Associate Managing Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation specialization within the Advisors & Consulting Services group at Mastercard, your role involves guiding clients through strategic decision-making processes to address various business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Managing deliverable development - Collaborating with clients to develop effective strategies and programs - Fostering strong working relationships with client managers - Contributing to the development of sound business recommendations - Delivering impactful client presentations - Leading team meetings and project management efforts Qualifications Required: - Possess an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or related fields - Strong logical thinking, numerical analysis skills, and proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Effective communication skills in English and the local office language, if applicable - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks and clients simultaneously - Experience in managing clients or internal stakeholders - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting While an MBA or master's degree with a relevant specialization is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Experience in coaching junior consultants, industry expertise, and a proactive approach to learning and development will enhance your suitability for this position. Reporting any security violations or breaches and participating in mandatory security trainings are integral parts of your corporate security responsibilities.
