The role requires expertise in creating Power BI dashboards and integrating AI tools to deliver intelligent insights. The Associate Manager is expected to share operational and mentoring responsibilities with senior management.

Role & responsibilities:

• Utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA for research-based strategic solutions .
• Designing advanced dashboards in Power BI using DAX and Power Query .
• Automating reporting workflows using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot .
• Conducting data analysis to provide strategic insights for performance improvement.
• Monitoring and coaching team members while ensuring smooth project implementation .
