Role & responsibilities

responsible for acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts through direct sales, lead generation, and referrals

Preferred candidate profile

Core responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:

    Proactively identify, contact, and onboard new customers for CASA products through various channels.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new customer acquisition.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:

    Understand customer needs and explain relevant banking products and services, while staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Process:

    Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure, including lead management and timely follow-up.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

    Ensure all customer information is accurate and adhere to the bank's sales compliance and operational procedures.
  • Field and Promotional Activities:

    Conduct activities in the designated catchment area to generate leads and build brand visibility.
