Associate Manager - Sales Performance Management

As a Performance Data Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring that all performance data for the sales arm is accurately collected, maintained, and analyzed to provide detailed insights to senior management. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function - Assisting in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and providing advice on best practices aligned with industry/competitor standards - Contributing to the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices, and monitoring competitor performance for insights applicable to our organization - Ensuring that the criteria used to analyze performance are compliant, precise, and aligned with functional and organizational goals - Assessing overall performance within the organization and delivering timely key takeaways to drive sales improvement and growth - Conducting in-depth analyses into specific growth areas to become a subject matter expert - Actively proposing solutions and recommended action plans to enhance sales performance - Participating in the development of the firm's performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You should possess the following skills for this role: - Attention to detail - Sales analysis, strategy, and planning - Accountability and ownership of tasks - Proficiency in tools such as SQL and PowerBI - Good presentation skills - Performance management - Stakeholder management The educational and experience requirements for this role are as follows: - Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing - Minimum Experience Requirement: 2-3 years of experience in performance management, sales, and data analysis Desired Experience: - Prior experience in the aviation sector is considered an advantage Join our team and play a key role in driving the performance and success of our sales function!,
