Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring all performance data for the sales arm is properly collected and maintained, and detailed insights on the same are reported to the senior management. You will support in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function. Additionally, you will assist in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and provide advice on best practices in line with industry/competitor practices. Key Responsibilities: - Support in the design, operation, and enhancement of performance measurement and analytics capabilities across the sales function - Assist in building performance management capabilities for the sales function and provide advice on best practices - Support the development of performance measures in line with industry trends and practices - Monitor competitor performance and assess its application in the organization's context - Ensure the process for measuring criteria to analyze performance is compliant, precise, and in line with the functional and organizational goals - Assess the overall performance in the organization and deliver key takeaways on a timely basis to drive improvement and growth in sales - Conduct deep dive analyses into select areas of growth, becoming the subject matter expert - Actively suggest solutions and recommended plan of action to improve sales performance - Participate in the development of the firm's performance goals and KPIs Qualification Required: - Attention to Detail - Sales Analysis, Strategy & Planning - Accountability & Ownership of Tasks - Proficiency in SQL & PowerBI - Good Presentation Skills - Performance Management - Stakeholder Management Additional Details (if present): The desired educational qualification for this role is a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance management, sales, and data analysis. Prior experience in the aviation sector is considered an advantage.,
