Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee rotary printing production, ensuring both quality and quantity targets are achieved.
Manage colour matching and maintain consistent colour standards.
Ensure all departmental SOPs are followed.
Handle and supervise manpower effectively.
Independently operate and manage
three rotary printing machines
.
Coordinate rotary production along with colour service/colour kitchen operations.
Monitor and control production in the after-process areas.

Professional Exposure & Skills:

Knowledge of various printing techniques.
Strong understanding of quality control.
Expertise in colour matching and machine operation.
Costing and production planning experience.
Ability to deliver production with quality and quantity targets (OTIF).
Experience working on new cost-saving and efficiency-improvement projects.
