Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations of digital & conventional printing units (Reactive, Pigment, Sublimation, Rotary, Screen, Engraving). Supervise machine operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Oversee design engraving, screen preparation, and color/paste formulation . Ensure accurate color matching, profiling, and consistency as per buyer requirements. Coordinate with R&D, design, sampling, and processing teams for smooth workflow. Monitor print efficiency, ink/paste usage, fabric wastage, and cost control. Implement robust quality control checks across all printing processes. Train and guide operators, supervisors, and technicians. Keep updated on the latest technologies and adopt best practices for process improvement. Preferred candidate profile
