Job Description

Strong function knowledge of India payroll
Monitor and evaluate the payroll processes to ensure controls are effective
Maintain SOPs for payroll and related projects
Take ownership for end to end payroll processing and related activities. Ensure 100% accurate process
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow
Resolve all payroll related employee queries
Prepare monthly payroll related reports
Good to have - hands on experience on MEA and SEA payroll

Must have worked with payroll systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills and well versed in using Microsoft excel
