Associate Manager - Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities

The Lead Mechanical Boiler (Rotary) will be responsible for: - Leading a team of mechanical technicians in the operation and maintenance of rotary boilers - Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to optimize boiler performance - Conducting regular inspections and identifying areas for improvement in boiler systems - Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance overall team performance - Overseeing inventory management for spare parts and equipment - Participating in planning and executing shutdown and turnaround activities - Providing technical expertise and guidance on boiler operations - Contributing to the development of standard operating procedures for boiler maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in the Thermal Power Plant industry
