Associate Manager - Onsite Account Management

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager - Onsite Account Management at Linde, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in designated Linde customer(s) by tapping into business opportunities, aligning the organization internally, and implementing industry best practices. Your role will involve maximizing business performance, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive customer plans, negotiating contract renewals, ensuring tactical alignment, and developing account strategies for major customers in the region. Additionally, you will facilitate the Business Development Teaming process, support the Commercialization Process, manage local customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing teams to communicate potential markets and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive profit growth through superior account management and contract leverage - Maximize business performance of the onsite business within the portfolio - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive customer plans - Communicate strategic objectives of customer plans to internal stakeholders - Ensure contract renewals and new contracts are negotiated on a timely basis - Participate in business development at incumbent sites - Facilitate the Business Development Teaming process - Manage the local customer relationship with major Onsite customer accounts - Provide interface with RBU for delivery of non-onsite products & services - Collaborate with marketing teams for individual customer market segments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in chemical/mechanical/production engineering - 4-7 years of experience in technical sales/commercial development/business management in a related industry - MBA (marketing/finance) is an added advantage Company Details: Linde South Asia Services Pvt.
