Associate Manager Implementation

Role Overview: Intugine Technologies is looking for an Associate Manager - Implementation to play a crucial role in the business by overseeing all operational areas, supporting business growth, and interfacing with customers and providers. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end implementation of Intugine's solution at mid-market customers, ensuring timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying operational excellence tools to resolve problems, including providing training. - Travel to client locations to understand their needs, train them about Intugine's solutions, and build relationships with them. - Design and set up processes, work on continuous improvement, and collaborate with the technical team to configure Intugine's software platform as per clients" requirements. - Set and monitor KPIs, implement systems and processes for improvement, research and analyze new products, and design processes for their implementation. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in product implementation. - B2B SaaS implementation experience preferred. - Ability to see the big picture and finer details, systematic organized approach to work, brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of customer/client requirements, effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation skills. - Knowledge of SCM is a plus, natural creative flair, energy to introduce new concepts and innovations, desire to assume responsibility and work autonomously, highly organized, good written and spoken English.
