Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Success & Sales Representative at RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the products, and identifying sales opportunities within the APMEA region. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, drive revenue growth, and expand business in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in APMEA, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and successful adoption of products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. - Proactively monitor client health and engagement metrics to enhance customer experience and product usage. - Provide product training, onboarding support, and best practices to help clients achieve their goals. - Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to provide a seamless customer experience. - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. - Work closely with the Sales team to convert leads into sales and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to customer success. - Engage in consultative selling, offering tailored solutions based on customer pain points. - Assist with lead qualification and contribute to pipeline development in the APMEA region. - Collaborate with the Sales team to align on goals, strategy, and tactics for regional growth. Qualifications Required: - At least 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales). - Graduation / Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills.
