Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including faults in motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and wiring systems.
3. Design, develop, and maintain the

   Vertical Sachet Machine

   to support efficient production.
4. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including service logs, breakdown reports, and inspection checklists.
6. Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, systems, and infrastructure.
7. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
8. Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to plan and coordinate maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
9. Calibrate, inspect, and test equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
10. Maintain and service laboratory equipment such as sealing machines, heating elements, Soxhlet apparatus, and related instruments.
11. Recommend upgrades, modifications, and improvements for systems and equipment to enhance efficiency, performance, and energy savings.
12. Monitor and evaluate the operational performance, safety, and energy efficiency of utility systems.
13. Conduct feasibility assessments, budgeting, and cost estimations for proposed projects and system enhancements.
14. Provide technical and Production support during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
