Job Description

Role-

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Maintain electrical infrastructure: HT line, GO DO system, transformer, distribution boards, power cables, safety systems, fixtures, earthing pits, and MVSB panel.
Oversee captive power generation systems (Solar & DG sets).
Maintain utilities equipment: UPS, air compressors, fans, pumps, motors, EPABX & telephones.
Provide support for electrical and mechanical requirements at designated locations.
Monitor and regulate water supply and drainage/sewage systems.
Ensure timely maintenance of HVAC systems.
Maintain and regulate fire safety and access control systems.
Keep accurate records of power & water consumption and maintenance schedules for audits.
Execute wiring, cabling, and installation of electrical appliances for modifications and improvements.
Attend shift complaints and perform power changeovers as required.
