Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support Content Recommendations: Assist in building and refining recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized content to our users.
Assist in Predictive Modelling: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop models that predict user behaviour and content preferences.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Help analyse user behaviour and content performance to identify trends that drive engagement and retention.
Experimentation & Testing: Support A/B testing efforts to assess the effectiveness of recommendations and content strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, and product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in machine learning or data science.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Good knowledge of Python, DSA, and exposure to machine learning techniques like classification, regression, clustering and recommendation systems.
Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Interest in content and user experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP), SQL, or big data tools like Spark.
Passion for recommendation systems and content embeddings.
Master s from Tier-1 colleges
