Associate - Legal - Centre of Excellence

Role Overview: You will be joining the Centre of Excellence Legal Team, a multi-disciplinary legal team supporting various lines of business across Global Legal Teams. As an Associate within the Legal Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for providing legal analysis, supporting high-volume projects, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal analysis and support on legal projects and documentation. - Collaborate and support large volume deals or remediation projects. - Design and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. - Conduct gap analysis and summarize deviations in negotiated agreements. - Review legal documents and provide gap analysis to Global Legal Teams. - Identify opportunities suitable for automation and collaborate with technology teams. Qualification Required: - Law degree from a premier law school in India. - 1+ years post-qualification legal experience. - Attention to detail with strong legal analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). - Proficiency with technology and documentation management systems. - Strong teamwork and ownership of tasks. - Ability to identify and escalate issues timely. - Comfortable working with metrics and data.,
