Associate Lead - Quality

As a Quality Executive at TVS Motor Company's Hosur Plant in Tamil Nadu, India, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that genuine and high-quality spare parts are delivered to dealers and customers on time at the Spare Parts warehouse. Your role will involve certifying the incoming quality of bought-out parts, positioning and recertifying trained workmen as per checklist, and handling the closing of RT/Seg note and MSN processes. You will be expected to evaluate Teians, route ECF, process "Smile returns," and work towards the reduction of dealer claims related to picking, packing, and dispatch of all order types. Additionally, you will conduct process audits, implement countermeasures for abnormalities, and strive to enhance packaging quality to prevent damages. Your role will also involve settling dealer claims and continuously improving quality assurance processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Tech degree and possess key skills in product awareness, engineering materials, manufacturing processes, manufacturing systems, quality control, quality assurance, measurements, metrology, and problem-solving.
