Associate Lead Consultant - SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)

As a SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Professional at YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Expert level of MM procurement and inventory management expertise. - At least 4-5 years of experience with serial numbers. - Good understanding and utilization of serial numbers across inventory management and maintenance. - Hands-on experience in PM - both reactive and preventive maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years. - Proficiency in Document Management System (DMS). - Ability to conduct preliminary technical analysis, such as running traces and debugging, to provide insights to the technical team. - Desired experience in SAP Aerospace and Defence industry solution and iMRO. - Overall 13-15 years of SAP consulting experience. - Experience in delivering minor and major changes in MM and PM as part of production support engagements. - Track record of resolving incidents/tickets within SLAs. - Proficient in handling Issues, troubleshooting, and support functions. - Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP applications. - Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, etc. - Strong focus on establishing and maintaining high levels of customer trust and confidence. - Excellent communication skills.
