International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and issues via inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers within defined timelines.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with customer interactions.
Ensure excellent customer service and adhere to companys quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, etc.).
Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, depending on international time zones).

Required Skills:
