Associate - Internal Risk & Compliance Team , Forensic Management

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk and compliance checks in alignment with

  KPMG’s internal policies

  .
• Perform

  due diligence

  on entities to identify potential risks.
• Draft and review legal documents including:

• DPA

  (Data Processing Agreement)

• LOE MSA

  (Letter of Engagement for Managed Services Agreement)

• SOW

  (Statement of Work)

• NDA

  (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for necessary approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Support legal and compliance audits as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in legal, risk, or compliance roles.
• Strong legal acumen and understanding of corporate legal documentation.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office tools

  – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
