As an Associate Instructor - Aptitude at NIAT's NxtWave program, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized academic support to students, assist them in understanding coursework, and enhance their performance in the field of Aptitude. Your role will involve training, curating, developing, and improving the curriculum to align with industry standards and learning objectives. This position offers an internship opportunity with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on your performance during the internship. Your responsibilities will include delivering targeted training programs to help students establish a strong foundation in aptitude skills and achieve mastery in key concepts. You will offer guidance on worksheets, assignments, and other academic tasks to ensure students grasp essential concepts. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving student queries, aiding in curriculum development, lesson planning, and providing instructional support to the team. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of educational content, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments. Organizing and facilitating academic activities and events to enrich the overall learning experience will also be part of your role. Leveraging generative AI technologies to optimize content creation processes for innovative, efficient, and scalable development is expected. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree with an overall minimum academic score of 60% and have strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience. A solid foundational knowledge in Fundamentals of Aptitude, passion for training, helping others succeed, and understanding the challenges and needs of students are essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment for timely delivery and quality are required. Preferred skills include the ability to identify and address efficiency barriers in content development processes, adapt training methods to various learning styles, be receptive to objective criticism, and demonstrate openness for iterations and feedback.,
