Role Overview: You will be joining Concord Technologies as an Associate Infrastructure Support Engineer for the team in Jaipur, India. Your role will involve working with a group of Infrastructure support engineers on incident management, troubleshooting, patching, and server support. You will report to the Project Supervisor and be expected to provide support on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and resolve application, software, and hardware incidents, assigning to the correct support team and escalating when necessary - Conduct continuous incident trend analysis to identify common issues for root cause analysis - Ensure processes and services are properly executed, addressing any barriers to service operation - Monitor operational processes to determine effectiveness and implement new steps or processes when needed - Provide 1st and 2nd line monitoring and incident remediation support for Concord's 24/7 platforms - Run large-scale customer-facing web services - Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication, both verbal and written - Possess knowledge of Windows Server operation and troubleshooting - Escalate issues as needed and deliver high-quality customer-focused service - Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills - Collaborate effectively in a teamwork-oriented environment to achieve corporate objectives - Work in an environment following ITIL best practice policies and processes - Understand Incident and Problem management processes - Maintain a positive can-do attitude and flexibility in providing out-of-hours support for project deliverables Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years experience in ITIL Process, server monitoring, ticketing tool, and o365 support - Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line monitoring and incident remediation support for 24/7 platforms - Strong desire to deliver high-quality customer-focused service - Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field (Note: The additional details about the company were not mentioned in the provided Job Description.)
